At Brainstorm Force, I work as a Software Engineer, developing an end-to-end Gutenberg-based Form Builder Plugin. I utilize modern technologies such as React, PHP, Tailwind, and Vanilla JavaScript to build innovative features that enhance user experience. I successfully built an AI Form Builder that contributed to early plugin adoption, implemented a Weekly Email Summary, and designed a robust New CPT Editor UI. Additionally, I've developed several Gutenberg blocks from scratch (including Dropdown, Multi Choice, and Rating blocks) and created global settings and a template picker application using ReactJS, all of which have significantly improved the plugin’s functionality. This plugin is being used on 60000 live websites.

In my role as a Support Engineer at Brainstorm Force, I provided comprehensive technical support for flagship products like Astra and Astra Pro. I managed a variety of support tickets—from VIP and Priority to Free—assisting over 3,200 users during my tenure. I focused on troubleshooting technical issues, offering custom PHP and CSS code solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, as reflected by consistently positive feedback from users.
